To send us the name you want on your Personalized Golf Bag Tag

- Click on "Add to cart", this will take you to the "Proceed to checkout" screen

- There will be a box in the lower left hand corner under the photo that says "Add an optional note to seller"

- In this box, type in what you want on the three available lines that now say "Your Name Here" each line can have a maximum of 10 characters

- Go to "How you'll pay" where you will select the payment method either "Credit Card" or "PayPal"

- Click on "Apply shop coupon code" enter the word "golfer" this will reduce the price from $14.95 to $11.00

- Click on "Proceed to checkout"
